Mandatory Gear

All competitors are required to carry:

• Minimum 1L of water
• Heavy crepe/snake bite bandage
• Mobile phone that is fully charged and connected

Recommended Gear

• Hat
• Sunscreen
• Strapping tape/ankle guard
• Bike gloves
• Hiking poles

Drop Bags

Drop bags and support crew are allowed for the 30km, 45km and 60km race participants, located at the end of each lap which is at the Start/Finish line. 

Cut Off

The cut off time for all race participants is 5pm
